Jason Rowley - Owner, GM
Jason provides a diverse range of support to Perpetual Motion NW. Based out of the Fall City office, his primary focus is Key Account management, data analysis, and developing strategies to generate competitive advantage for PMNW Reps, Vendors, Dealers and consumers, as well as fellow Vendor reps. Jason took over official ownership of the company as of January 2021.
Joining the team in 2006 with a degree in Mathematics and several years working and managing specialty outdoor retail, Jason enjoys collecting and interpreting all types of data within this dynamic outdoor industry. Jason enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and trail running with his wife, three kids and puppy in North Bend, WA.
Nan McCutchan - Dealer Service Rep/Territory Rep
Nan is based here in the Fall City office. She focuses on direct dealer service, supports our field reps, and strengthening the communication and organization of our agency. She has also taken on management of our Montana dealers as Dave Egan moved into retirement.
Nan is a native of Washington state, grew up backpacking and skiing with her family from a young age, and her love of the outdoors continues to this day. Nan’s background is in marketing, sales and customer service, holding various inside sales positions within the software and insurance industry. Nan recently moved to Winthrop, WA where she lives with her husband, dog Millie and cat Kiki and has two college-age kids, based in CO and AZ. She loves to hike, bike, ski and road trip whenever time allows!
David Gladish - Territory Representative
David is based out of Shoreline, Washington and handles our Washington and northern Idaho dealers. He has calculated that he has slept outdoors in the wilderness for over 2 years of his life through various jobs and recreational activities.
David and his wife Kristy welcomed their baby boy Ari in March 2020 and baby Luca in 2021! They are having fun introducing Ari to camping and backpacking and meeting his many cousins. Luca will be there soon. David is a passionate rock climber and backcountry skier who is always motivated to get out and about. He hopes to see you out there!
Matt Frankland - Business Analyst
Matt is based here in our Fall City office. He is passionate about data, analytics, and the outdoor industry. Matt oversees database management, supports key account and vendor development, and drives key business initiatives that help maintain PMNW’s competitive advantage.
Matt grew up in Chicago, where he earned his Master’s degree in Economics & Policy Analysis at DePaul University in 2011. He has a background in merchandising, business development, and supply chain at various retailers including REI and EVO. He moved to Seattle in 2014 and lives there with his wife Kelsey, son Dylan and their shepherd mix Dina. Together they enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Crystal Mountain, hiking and camping throughout the state, and exploring the world on their bicycles.
Kiara Porter - Key Account Manager
Kiara is the newest addition to the team and is based out of the Fall City office. Her primary focus is Key Account management and business development.
Originally from Southern California, Kiara brings 15+ years of experience in the outdoor industry. With a background in merchandising and product strategy from both the brand and retailer side, bringing a great perspective to the team. In her free time, Kiara enjoys anything that gets her outside and scheming her next big adventure.
Sean Cameron - Territory Representative
Sean supports our Oregon and Southern Idaho dealers. Having started his career at his neighborhood running store, Sean has worked as a salesperson, buyer, tech rep and sales rep. This experience has taught him the power of specialty retail to educate customers, create community, and build brands. His goal is to support accounts in those efforts with careful assortment planning, inventory management, and marketing and outreach efforts.
A native Seattleite, Sean and his family recently relocated to the small mountain town of Roslyn, WA. There they enjoy front-door access to a wide variety of trails for mountain biking, running, and hiking. While he sometimes misses life in the city, he loves that a two-hour bike ride takes two hours and that in winter the chair lifts are spinning between home and the office.
Maddie Michaud - Data Specialist
Maddie is local to the PNW, growing up in Tacoma, Washington. Maddie graduated from Washington State University and has worked in the outdoor industry ever since. Maddie comes from guiding in Alaska, Colorado & Hawaii to more recently working for an outdoor apparel brand in commercial sales with skills in database management, operations development and client relationships. Maddie currently lives in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle and enjoys skiing, surfing, camping, biking and hiking in her free time.
Tristan McCutcheon - Key Accounts Service Specialist
A recent addition to the team, Tristan brings a diverse background, with prior experience as mountain guide in Alaska, backcountry ski guiding in SW Montana, and wearing many hats as a salesperson/customer service rep in the backcountry ski and technical running space. Based in our Fall City Office, Tristan is focused on supporting key accounts and promoting brand awareness and excitement!
Hailing from the East Coast, Tristan has spent the better part of the past decade bouncing around the Intermountain West, recently settling in North Bend, WA. He is an avid backcountry skier, ice climber, and cyclist, and enjoys any adventure that contains a significant amount of Type II fun.
